The plus size Wizard of Oz costume consists of a blouse that features a white top section with a blue and white gingham print bottom. Light blue rickrack trim on collar and cuffs gives a picture-perfect look. Blouse ties at back of neck. The matching gingham print apron jumper features an empire waist with two large white buttons attached at the end of each shoulder strap. The apron buttons close at back of empire waist.
